1. I haven't received my order?

If you have not received your order past the estimated delivery time to your area, please contact our Customer Service.
Please note that there is potential for delivery delays due to restrictions on community activities. Estimated delivery time for JABODETABEK is 1-5 working days and 2-10 working days for Java and Outside Java (depending on area).

2. How to order?

Select the number of items and color/size you want if available, then click the "Add to Cart" button and proceed to "Checkout" when placing an order you will be asked to create an account or shop as a guest. Please follow the instructions on your screen until you get confirmation that the transaction has been accepted.

3. How do I cancel or change an order?

Unfortunately, once you have successfully placed your order, we cannot make any further changes such as increasing shipping methods or changing quantities to your order. Wiggle Wiggle is not responsible for replacements or refunds for packages that have been sent to the incorrect address provided at the time of order creation, we always recommend reviewing your bag and shipping details before you complete the transaction!

4. I'm having trouble logging into my account

If you receive a message stating that your e-mail address or password is unknown, please follow these steps.

  • Please clear your browser cache and history. Close and open a new browser.
  • Make sure you use the same e-mail address and password that you registered.
  • If you don't remember your password, click the “forgot your password?” link. Enter your e-mail address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account.

5. The product I received was wrong or problematic

Please contact us at cs@wiggle-wiggle.co.id acompanied by the order number, details and and unboxing video for evidence of the wrong product received. Please do not throw away or lose the product as we will send it back to the warehouse.

6. Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Once you place an order, we cannot make any changes, additions or changes. Our system is automated and changes may cause delays in the preparation of your order. We strongly recommend that you check your shipping details before checking out.
If the address provided on the order is incorrect and the package is delivered, Wiggle Wiggle will not be responsible for a replacement or refund.
