RETURN & REFUND POLICY

How can I return my order?

To initiate a return or inquire about returning a defective product purchased online at www.wiggle-wiggle.co.id, please contact our Customer Service team via email at cs@wiggle-wiggle.co.id.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Your refund will be processed once our quality assurance team has inspected the returned product and confirmed it meets our return policy.

  • The quality check process takes up to 3 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
  • The refund process to your payment provider (e.g., your credit card provider) will take up to 7 business days after the return is confirmed.
  • Before the refund is processed, the customer must provide complete and valid bank account details.*

Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. If you do not receive your refund within 21 business days, please contact us via email at cs@wiggle-wiggle.co.id.

* Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details. Errors may result in the rejection or delay of the refund process.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. This is because we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed.

If you need to exchange a product due to damage, defects, or incorrect delivery, you must first return the product and then place a new order. A refund will be issued after your return is processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please do not remove the tags or take the product out of its original packaging.

We strongly recommend contacting our online store's customer service team immediately and providing your order details.

What are the conditions for a return to be approved?

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The return request must be made within 14 days after the product is received.
✅ The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
✅ All product parts must be complete and repackaged using the original polybag/shoe box/packaging, along with an additional outer bag/box to protect the original packaging from damage.
✅ The original packaging (polybag/shoe box) must be in good condition.
✅ Our team will inspect the returned product. If the defect is due to manufacturing issues, we will issue a full refund.

🚫 We do NOT accept returns for the following cases:

❌ Products purchased outside of www.wiggle-wiggle.co.id
❌ Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or exposure to chemicals, fire, extreme heat, or sharp objects
❌ Damage due to improper use or activities other than the product’s intended purpose (e.g., using running shoes for field sports or hiking shoes as work shoes)
❌ Products not repackaged with an outer box, or if the original box/polybag is damaged

Will shipping fees be refunded if I return a product?

We only refund the product price (full price) excluding shipping fees (if applicable).

However, we will refund the shipping cost in specific cases, such as:

  • Incorrect product delivery by our store
  • Product damage caused by production defects
